whenever I try to access the Internet Options on the Tools method. I'm running IE 6.0 on my home computer. Someone suggested it may be due to my also running Spybot S&D. Bill, What is happeining: when I install Loopback Adapter, I can't connect to the internet from Vista and morever, Vista refuses to load after restarting! If you share it through ICS the vm can access the Internet through ICS if you set the NIC in the vm to be in the loopback adapter network.
